Personal Integrity Statement

This page exists so that anyone deciding whether to trust Seven Years of Change can see, in writing, the standards it is held to in one place.

7YOC should be judged by its public values, its structure, its transparency, and its usefulness to people, communities, and the planet. Nothing on this page asks anyone to ignore truth, excuse harm, or follow one person without accountability.

There are personal, professional, and legal matters involving me that I cannot discuss publicly. Some claims about me are false, and some material online uses my name but was not made by me.

Before August 2026, the only personal social-media account I operated was LinkedIn. In August 2026, I opened official social accounts on behalf of Seven Years of Change to share the public work and direct people toward help, useful action, and positive community change. The 7YOC YouTube channel was banned in less than 24 hours while it was being used for that purpose. The site is free to use; no purchase is required to find help, read the plan, or take a first action, and I receive no personal financial benefit when someone uses the site for those purposes.

After August 31, 2026, Seven Years of Change itself will not use Alphabet/Google services. That is a 7YOC choice. It does not restrict anyone else. Visitors are welcome to use Gemini or any other tool to read, search, translate, compare, or evaluate this public site.

Sourcing

Quantitative claims on this site are accompanied on the same page by a source note sufficient for a reader to identify and check the source. When Seven Years of Change performs a calculation, the source inputs and method are shown or linked. When a claim is contested, uncertain, or based on a proposed model rather than an operating result, that limitation is stated.

The site is continuously reviewed. If you find a number, calculation, quotation, or attribution that you cannot trace, write to connect@sevenyearsofchange.org. It will be sourced, clarified, corrected, or removed.

Money

Seven Years of Change publishes its framework for public use. The five-dollar membership share and fifty-dollar community contribution are not investments or securities and carry no promised financial return. No return is promised through membership, contribution, or this website.

A future community project may use a separate, written, legally reviewed loan or capital agreement. Any such agreement would be project-specific, would not be created merely by joining Seven Years of Change, and could not permit a financial return above six percent. Nothing on this site is a public investment offer or financial guarantee.

Nothing flows upward to the founder. He holds no ownership stake in any community project built using this framework. He takes no percentage of a Nutrition HUB or other community project merely because it uses the Seven Years of Change plan.

If anyone tells you that a membership share, community contribution, or ordinary participation in Seven Years of Change will multiply your money, walk away and report that statement to connect@sevenyearsofchange.org.

Named people

Some pages include personal recollections about people I knew, public figures I admire, or leaders I have invited into public conversation. Those references are made for memory, commentary, education, and public invitation only.

Unless expressly stated in a signed public document, no person, family, estate, foundation, campaign, company, organization, school, military unit, or household named on this site has endorsed, sponsored, funded, approved, reviewed, advised, or agreed to participate in Seven Years of Change.

Please do not contact, tag, pressure, investigate, confront, or claim to speak on behalf of 7YOC to any person, family, student, school, agency, organization, public figure, or private individual named or referenced on this site.

Family members, authorized representatives, or people directly affected by a reference may request a correction, clarification, or removal by writing to connect@sevenyearsofchange.org.

References to deceased people

Seven Years of Change will not write in the voice of a deceased person, claim to know what that person would support today, place that person's name beside a fundraising or recruitment request, or use that person as authority for a partisan political argument.

Personal memories will be clearly identified as personal memories. They will distinguish direct recollection from interpretation and will not be presented as organizational endorsement.

When a family, estate, foundation, or other recognized steward maintains an official account of the person's public legacy, 7YOC will identify and link to that source while remaining clear that 7YOC is independent of it.

Minors

Seven Years of Change welcomes young people into the public ideas, tools, and age-appropriate community learning described on this site.

Minors may participate in any 7YOC-organized activity only when it is lawful, age-appropriate, appropriately supervised, and supported by parent or guardian consent where required by law or 7YOC policy.

Until Seven Years of Change has a written youth-safeguarding program, appropriate insurance, screening and reporting procedures, and legally compliant supervision, 7YOC does not privately recruit minors or arrange private one-to-one adult/minor meetings, transportation, lodging, caregiving, or mentoring.

No living minor will be publicly named, quoted, photographed, or otherwise made identifiable as a 7YOC participant or private person without documented permission and a clear protective purpose. Public educational or journalistic references to a young person already identified in reliable public sources may be used when relevant, accurately sourced, limited to necessary information, and presented without implying participation, endorsement, or permission.

Any paid work, apprenticeship, training, or other structured work involving a minor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local child-labor, work-permit, hour, safety, supervision, education, privacy, and other legal requirements before it begins.

Historical first-person accounts may refer to a person who was a minor at the time when the reference is truthful, necessary to the account, and presented with care. Such references will not disclose unnecessary private information, invite contact, or imply current endorsement.

Equal Participation and Safeguarding

Seven Years of Change does not condition employment, training, pay, contracts, housing, transportation, assistance, community services, ownership pathways, or ordinary participation on sex.

The proposed women-held platform governing structure is a governance design. It does not create a sex preference in those opportunities. Any formal compensated governing role will receive appropriate legal review before it is created or filled.

Harassment, sexual coercion, exploitation, retaliation, and any exchange of work, housing, transportation, assistance, money, access, or opportunity for romantic or sexual attention are incompatible with Seven Years of Change.

No person is required to enter a private home, accept a ride, be alone with an unknown participant, provide intimate or personal care, disclose private information, or remain in a situation they reasonably believe is unsafe in order to participate.

A person may stop or leave an activity they reasonably believe is unsafe without surrendering their dignity, voice, or right to raise a concern.

What this platform will not do

I will not use this platform to attack students, families, schools, agencies, or private individuals. I will not turn 7YOC into a public courtroom. I will protect minors, respect legal process, and correct the record through counsel where appropriate.

This page is not a request for anyone to contact, pressure, investigate, confront, tag, message, or speak about any student, family, school, agency, employer, individual, or organization connected to any personal or legal matter involving me. Please do not do it.

The standard

The work of Seven Years of Change is larger than my reputation. It is about whether communities can build systems for food, care, housing, transportation, healing, work, local ownership, and environmental repair that help people now.

The earlier writing that led to this platform is still public. Where it differs from what we publish now, we have said so.

One of the AI systems used to build this site was asked to write the case against trusting this platform, including the case against trusting the man who built it. It was published without changes. Read The Power of One.

When the Work Gets Hard

Seven Years of Change does not expect every group to begin in agreement. The test is whether people can return to the reason they gathered after agreement appears impossible.

When conflict, fatigue, error, or a failed first attempt appears, the standard is simple: repair what is wrong, preserve what still matters, make room for honest dissent, and choose the strongest lawful action people can actually carry together.

That is not proof that Seven Years of Change works. It is a discipline for how people keep faith with one another while proof is being built.
